A space exists between movement and stillness, suffering and peace — between fear and courage. This in-between space is presence. Through my art, I strive to encapsulate this elusive space.
I often represent this concept by choosing liminal subjects or by immersing them in a veil of obscurity. These artistic choices serve to highlight the essence of the in-between, where the boundaries blur, and a sense of presence emerges.
